Kinderendo
Logo & name
In the Louvre there is a statue called “Boy strangling a goose”, that serves as inspiration for our logo. The original was made in Greece around 200 BC and is seen as an allegory for a child struggling with illness. We adapted it into a kinder version, which symbolizes a child living a happy life despite their chronic or acute illness.
The name “Kinderendo” has a double meaning; one signifying a kinder approach to endocrinology; The other simply a shortening of the Afrikaans word for paediatric endocrinology, “kinderendokrinologie”.
Handelsmerk & naam

Because of Dr Breedt-Kriek’s personal and professional experience he follows a gentle approach and treats his patients with respect and empathy. He knows that he might not be the right doctor for your child and supports your right to a second opinion. It is impossible to know everything about medicine and Dr Breedt-Kriek is committed to finding answers if he doesn’t know. Above all, Dr Breedt-Kriek fights for every child’s right to a good and healthy life.
Filosofie
